While this was technically a Southern NH At Home Newborn Session – this little man’s proud grin about being a big brother stole the show.   He was so excited to sit and hold her.  To give her sweet kisses and tell me all about her.  But, being two, his excitement about being in pictures and talking to me dwindled after a little while and so his sister and I had some nice snuggly time.  

At home newborn sessions are wonderful and easy.  A simple chair by a window is all you really need.  A pillowless bed with clear night stands works wonderfully too.  Props are fun, but not necessary.  Loving arms and tender kisses are all that you need! I do travel with a large solid white blanket for a backdrop and some headbands, diaper covers and a few wraps but I think it’s much better to use things that are personal and meaningful to you and your newly expanded family!
