Sherry & Corrine called me from Germany and asked if was available on 10.31 for a wedding in Boston, on a boat. I was so excited to be able to say yes!! I got into Boston a little early and had a nice relaxing meal in the Seaport Hotel lounge and then headed off to the dock! The weather was SO amazing – I had pleny of layers for Boston in October, but never needed any of them.
Their family made and glazed all these bud vase favors, I loved the color.
Their neice, SUCH a cutie!
Things got started a little late – we were supposed to be at the ceremony location at sunset, but we were just leaving as the sun started to set. It all worked out though – and the scenery was just amazing.
Here come the brides!
They aquired their dresses in Germany, they were so stunning.
Trying to light the unity candle – it was sort of windy on the moving boat!
A few formals before the sun ran away for the night
These crystal boats were wrapped at everyone’s place settings. Their rings are gorgeous – interlocking diamond & wedding band – one is round cut, the other princess cut.
Their other neice, and flower girl, she was so lively!
Dancing with dad.
Who didn’t stop dancing all night!
More skyline as we approach the harbor.
Sherry & her brother
One last dance before we departed.
What an amazing event! These two have great family & friends and everyone seemed to have an aamzing time. Shooting on a boat was a LOT of fun -and the guests took good care of me making sure I didn’t fall overboard and allowing me access to move around the crowded deck to try and get shots from all angles.
I wish you all the luck Sherry & Corrine!
