These summertime smiles were brought to you by Portsmouth NH Mini sessions at the Urban Forestry Center.
First up Miss Charlotte was fresh off the plane from her 1st birthday celebration in Disney! All decked out from ears to polka dots in her black, white & red Disney ensemble. she was full of smiles until mom pulled out a cupcake for some cake smash action. Charlotte was less than thrilled. Not at all interested in the sticky frosting that had gone from cold to sliding off pile of buttercream in hot summer heat. I think it’s because it was vanilla – not chocolate. Nobody wants vanilla cake! (And if you do, its ok, I’ll still like you). Chocolate cake with buttercream frosting is where it’s at for me though.
Next came Dylan & Ella (one of my favorite girl’s names as it was my great-grandmother’s name!) Dylan is the son of our friends Kristan & John, who got married at Bedford Village Inn 363 days after my wife and I said I DO. It was my 2nd year of full-time weddings and I was super happy to be able to be both a guest and their photographer! Ella is their cutie patootie niece. The mini-session was a surprise gift for their mother, Dylan & Ella’s grandmother and from what I hear, it was a hit!
