I want to give an early shout out to Melissa | Melissa Koren Photography!
Melissa came over last week for a branding shoot. As some of you know, confidence is not my strongest suit and I am not photogenic, like at all. It’s rare there is a photo of me where I’m not making some sort of weird face! Having someone take photos of me and my workspace was kind of terrifying.
Every one of my insecurities was dangerously close to surfacing. But, Melissa not only put me at ease during the shoot but she somehow also magically gave me confidence that extended beyond the shoot! I wanted to take part in this Instagram “meet the maker” challenge, but I was so nervous about sharing my little stories with the world.
After the shoot, I jumped into the challenge. This is the second day’s post (day #16 for the challenge if I started from the beginning). I won’t see the pictures from the photo shoot with Melissa for a while, but just being with her and talking about branding and the power of telling a personal story was such a big help!
If you are looking for a photographer, she is awesome, especially if you are camera shy! She offers a few different packages and her photos are amazing.
