It’s amazing how fast spring can sproing. (yes, sproing).  Just a few short weeks after Sam & Josh’s fantastic winter wonderland engagement shoot in the snow, I found myself checking another experience off my photographer’s bucket list. The sunrise shoot.

Now, getting up, showered & dressed, and driving an hour to be in place all before the sun rises over the water is an accomplishment in and of itself, but it was worth it 100x over – and Lindsey & Megan were even more committed to the task, driving over TWO hours to meet me by the Ogunquit Ocean.

A normally hustling and  bustling town, it was a special treat to see it in the first moments of daybreak. We pretty much had run of the place aside from a few other sunrise viewers and dog walkers, all incredibly bright-eyed & bushy-tailed, getting a head start on their day.

Ok, enough of my waxing poetic about the beauties of nature, and on to sharing the beauty of love!

These two are so amazing together – and I’ve been honored to have a few more adventures with them and their family since our early morning rendezvous.  I can’t wait for their wedding later this year 🙂
