Another year, and another incredible Exeter NH Family Photos adventure with my favorite family.  I can rightfully call them my favorites because I have had the extreme honor of photographing them every year since I have been in business.  There is no greater honor than that.

Big brother and I had a year to ourselves when he was an only child, but then along came his spitfire of a little sister.  This now & then picture has me laughing and crying with gratefulness and nostalgia <3
They are such wonderful children.  Bright, articulate, and SO funny.  Their parents have done an exceptional job showing them the world is bigger than just them. And they thrive on it. 

Brother is thoughtful and introspective.  Stoic to an extent, but in the way you know he’s really contemplating the meaning of life (or as a growing teenager, when and what he’ll eat next) and Sister is clever beyond her years, but still a delicate little girl who needs her mother’s arms sometimes.
This picture came up as I was working on them after the session and I melted.  I feel like I can see her whole soul in this photo.  There’s a picture I have of Benjamin around the same  age where I felt the same thing.  And when I look at it know I think how spot on it is.  This year’s new family members!  Sadly, I can’t remember their names – but they were a HOOT – and super interested in trying to eat my cameras :-o!

Adventure. he really is the best big brother, and she appreciates every second of it (well, within reason)
