I love learning about wedding traditions from other parts of the country, or in this case, the world! Aimee is from Australia and she and Paul had the most lovely intimate Bethlehem NH Wedding at Adair Country Inn. 

Aimee’s dress was impeccable.  Paul looked pretty handsome himself.  One of the things they were most excited about was the cake! (And I mean, really, who’s not excited about cake.. but this one was way more special than your average sweet) It’s a fruitcake made by a family friend in Australia, with a lot of emotional significance to Aimee. And true with Australian tradition, they cut the cake together (and not all the way to the bottom!) but the cake itself is a favor or after-dinner food, rather than dessert (which was delicious peach pie).
