Sometimes I sound like a broken record, but the sincerity of my excitement is never any less. I did a little happy dance at my standing desk when I got an email from Ian’s parents letting me know they were expecting their second little boy, and wanted to have an at home newborn session with the family! I first met this family when they had just moved to New Hampshire last May in time for Ian’s first birthday photos in Prescott Park and they were as sweet as could be. Over the past year they got settled in a new home, and added a whole new human being to the mix! And their sweetness is exponentially greater! It was so wonderful meeting Jack!
Ian was a little not sure about having a new baby brother as his 2nd birthday present. But he was cautiously curious about this new tiny addition to his every day life.
Arms full of love! The whole family! All their babies, furry and otherwise 🙂
It quickly got close to nap time, but even tired those blue eyes are killer. And he’s got great eyebrows and adorable piggy toes! Sometimes, you just have to have a good cry! They were participating in an activity together at least 😉 (I love this picture. I love when real life is the only thing happening at the moment!)
Ian went off for some lunch and his nap and it was time for baby Jack to get his close up! 10 perfect fingers and 10 perfect toes!
You are getting veeeerrrryyyy sleepy.
And sleepy did he get!
Look at that cute little smile, sticking his tongue out at me. Just in time for spring training! Though I think it will take him a little while to grow the right part of him into that hat 😉 This is one of my favorite newborn pictures ever. Those perfect baby lips, and those lovely eyelashes. And the cheeks. I just want to smooch all over them! I love this picture so much too. Baby Buddha (and again with those cheeks!) And one last set with the oldest baby and the newest baby. What a wonderfully well behaved puppy!
Thank you, wonderful people, for having me to your home and introducing me to more of your great family!
