When Susan first contacted me for her daughter Rose’s romantic backyard tented NH wedding she mentioned in passing that she had 3 beautiful daughters.  After falling completely in love with their family, a little voice in the back of my head secretly hoped to get to photograph more nuptials for this crew.  I was overjoyed when I received the email that Maggie was up next, and when I arrived at their new (old) Farmhouse and newly restored barn, it was abundantly clear that this family knows how to throw a party!!

The girls got ready in a beautifully lit upstairs room – sisters, sisters to be, and may as well be sisters alike all joined in the primping and preening.  Mum, Susan hopped back and forth between helping the girls and getting herself beautified.  Once Maggie was in her dress, her dad entered and all the ladies bustled about him making him presentable.

Once everyone was properly attired the wonderful ceremony began under a tulle lined arbor adorned with more gorgeous arrangements by F as in Flowers.

Ever member of the wedding party was brimming with personality and we had some good laughs while we rocked the ‘formals’ – after that Maggie & Will and I took a walk around the property and made use of it’s rustic charm and low early fall light.

Grand entrances were made, dinner was served, and toasts toasted and dances danced.  In the midst of the crazy wigs, and the grandparents canoodling, the love was tangible, and the laughter never ending.
